1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests will only be considered if there is a genuine issue with service delivery from our side.

  • Services that involve third-party platforms (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads) are non-refundable, as the amount is directly spent on advertising.

  • Once a project milestone or deliverable is approved by the client, it will not be eligible for a refund

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • SEO, SMO, and digital marketing services that require continuous effort and resources.

  • Paid campaigns on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) where funds are already utilized.

  • Customized website design or development work that has been delivered or approved.

3. Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases, if a project is canceled before completion, we may provide a partial refund based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.
